Main tasks and responsibilities

• Sales and application consulting in the Beauty & Personal Care and Home Care industry
• Actively seek and develop new business opportunities and new customers to ensure long-term growth in relevant market segments
• Negotiating commercial conditions with customers, sending offers/samples to customers
• Regular customer visits in Czech Republic and Slovakia
• Regular reporting to the Line Manager
• Continuous reporting and documentation of activities in CRM system (Salesforce)

Competencies and Requirements

• University degree in chemistry, cosmetics, home care or closely related subject
• Strong technical and chemical background
• Several years of sales experience in related industries
• Fluent in Czech/Slovakian and English
• Strong drive to acquire new customers and build long-term partnerships
• High motivation, flexibility and reliability, continual learning orientation
• Willingness to travel, driving license
