The Role
As Sales Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing and expanding key customer relationships in the coatings and construction sector. You will consult on applications, drive business development, and serve as the main point of contact for both clients and suppliers across your territory.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical sales and consultancy services within coatings and construction
• Build new business and nurture long-term customer relationships
• Negotiate commercial terms and prepare offers and agreements
• Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to support project success
• Conduct market research and identify trends and opportunities
• Maintain CRM documentation (Salesforce) and report regularly to the Business Unit Manager

Your Profile

• Degree in Chemistry, Coatings Technology, or a related field
• Sales experience in the chemical industry preferred
• Strong commercial and technical skills
• Motivated, reliable, and eager to develop professionally
• Fluent in Czech or Slovak and English
• Willingness to travel, valid driver’s license
