About the Role:

Altorecruit is partnering with a leading polymer distribution company in North Italy, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a key role responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and expanding market share across the northern region of Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets for the polymer distribution business in Northern Italy.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying and acquiring new customers.

Lead and motivate a sales team to drive performance and meet business goals.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress towards targets, and market insights.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, and operations) to ensure smooth customer delivery and satisfaction.

Represent the company at industry events and meetings, strengthening the brand presence in the region.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the chemical or polymer distribution industry.

Strong understanding of the polymer market and the specific needs of customers in Northern Italy.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to manage and develop a sales team.

Native in Italian and fluent in English (written and spoken).

Strong analytical skills and business acumen.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
