We are currently seeking a Sales Executive for a key client of ours, a major distributor of
high-quality engineering polymers from leading global brands. This is a unique opportunity to
join a growing company with a strong reputation in the market.
Location: Home Office based in Sweden
Travel: 60% travelling
Role Overview:
The Sales Executive will be responsible for driving sales and managing client relationships
across Sweden. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of engineering
polymers, excellent sales skills, and the ability to build long-term partnerships with
customers in the plastics, manufacturing, and engineering sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets in the Swedish
market.
● Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and
repeat business.
● Identify and approach new clients, expanding the company’s presence in the region.
● Provide technical advice and support to customers, offering tailored solutions using
engineering polymers.
● Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and logistics, to ensure
seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
● Stay updated on industry trends, market developments, and competitor activity.
Key Requirements:
● Proven experience in sales, preferably in engineering polymers or related industries
(plastics, chemicals, etc.).
● Strong knowledge of engineering polymers and their applications in various
industries.
● Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English. Swedish
language skills is a must.
● A proactive, results-driven mindset with the ability to work independently and as part
of a team.
● Availability to travel within Sweden as needed.
