About the Role:

Altorecruit is partnering with a leading polymer distribution company in South Netherland, seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join their dynamic team. This is a key role responsible for driving sales, managing customer relationships, and expanding market share across the northern region of Italy.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve growth targets for the polymer distribution business in Northern Italy.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, while identifying and acquiring new customers.

- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies accordingly.

- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, progress towards targets, and market insights.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, logistics, and operations) to ensure smooth customer delivery and satisfaction.

- Represent the company at industry events and meetings, strengthening the brand presence in the region.

Key Requirements:

-  Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the chemical or polymer distribution industry.

- Strong understanding of the polymer market and the specific needs of customers in South Netherlands.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to manage and develop a sales team

- Native in Dutch and fluent in English (written and spoken).

- Strong analytical skills and business acumen.
