We are currently looking for a Sales Account Manager in Italy for a well-established company in the flexible packaging sector. This is a newly created position designed to strengthen market presence and expand sales operations in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth in the Italian market.
• Identify new business opportunities and establish strong relationships with key clients.
• Provide technical and commercial support to customers, ensuring the best solutions for their packaging needs.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients in alignment with company objectives.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless order management and customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge.
Profile & Requirements:
• Proven experience in sales within the packaging sector, preferably in flexible packaging.
• Strong commercial and negotiation skills with a results-driven mindset.
• Excellent relationship-building and customer management abilities.
• Fluent in Italian and English (additional languages are a plus).
• Willingness to travel within Italy and occasionally abroad.
